JOB DETAILS:
Your Role:
- Oversee breeding, farrowing, weaning & finishing
- Lead and train farm teams in world-class SOPs
- Champion biosecurity, welfare & environmental standards
- Use data and AI tools to improve productivity
- Help us achieve our target: 24 weaned piglets/sow/year
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years intensive piggery management experience
- Strong knowledge of breeding & farrowing systems
- Passion for sustainable, ethical farming
- Tech-savvy mindset (farm record systems, AI dashboards)
- Diploma/Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field (preferred)
