Are you a strategic leader passionate about international development? Join our IDAS team in Lusaka and help shape impactful donor-funded programmes across the region.
What You'll Do
- Lead business development and strategic partnerships
- Manage complex donor-funded programmes
- Engage senior stakeholders and ensure compliance
- Provide technical leadership and grow our Zambia practice
What You Bring
- Master's degree + 5-10 years in donor programme management
- Proven success in proposal development
- Strong client relationship skills
- Sector experience in areas like Agribusiness, Health, Climate, or Finance is a plus
