JOB DETAILS:
To evaluate food and beverage products, facilities, and processes against standards in order to verify compliance with food safety, quality, and labeling standards, ultimately supporting the goal of consumer safety.
• Conduct food safety audits and inspections
• Review food safety documentation
• Identify root causes of non-compliance
• Collaborate with public health departments
• Prepare detailed audit reports
Applicants must have at least the following
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s in Food Science/Microbiology
• ZAQA-verified qualifications
• 3+ years food safety experience
• HACCP/ISO 22000 knowledge
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
