Harvest University is a private owned University accredited by the Higher Education Authority Act No 23 of 2021 to provide higher education programs in selected Diploma and Degree programs. The University’s core business is teaching, research and consultancy. The University invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill in the under listed vacant positions.

JOB PURPOSE:
To teach undergraduate level, conduct research in respective field of specialization or related programs, offer consultancy services and participate in all academic functions of the University.
Develop, create, and deliver lectures and presentations in order to impart skills and knowledge to students as per learning objectives in the course curriculum using a variety of teaching tools including lessons, assignments, group work, and helping in research and providing other academic assignments as appropriate.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct lectures for full time, part time, distance and online classes
• Prepare course outlines and teaching materials
• Prepare lesson plans
• Conduct and develop research programs
• Supervise and assess students
• Curriculum development
• Develop academic content (modules)
• Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES
• Ability to conduct research and compile reports
• Ability to demonstrate academic and professional leadership
• Computer skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATIONS
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• 1st Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Masters Degree in Business Administration or related field obtained with research thesis component
• Teaching methodology qualification
• Computer literate
• Age: Above 25 years
• 2 years work experience
• Professional membership is a must

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
