About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain the core server-side systems that power Lenco’s financial products. You will develop scalable, secure, and efficient backend solutions that ensure seamless business banking experiences, working closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions that support Lenco’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using JavaScript and NestJS
- Implement and manage microservices architecture for scalability and performance
- Integrate databases, APIs, and third-party services to support core product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
- Monitor and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with NestJS framework
- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture and system design principles
- Experience with RESTful APIs and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Level of Education: bachelor degree
