Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked products
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and standards
• Ensure quality, freshness, and consistency of baked goods
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery area
• Operate and maintain baking equipment safely
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Assist with stock control of baking ingredients

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate or practical training in Baking, Food Production, or related field
• Proven experience as a baker will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
• Hardworking, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
