JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the bar and restaurant.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service. - Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in a supervisory role within a bar or restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service excellence.
