We are seeking a skilled and creative Bartender with strong mixology experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about craft cocktails, knowledgeable about spirits, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires both technical expertise and outstanding customer service skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
  • Design and execute creative, high-quality craft cocktails
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, syrups, and cocktail techniques
  • Engage with guests to recommend beverages and create personalized experiences
  • Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all drinks served
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
  • Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with management on seasonal cocktail menus and promotions
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience
  • Demonstrated experience in mixology and craft cocktail preparation
  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
  • Familiarity with flavor profiles, garnishing techniques, and drink presentation
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Responsible alcohol service certification (if required by local law)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Formal mixology training or certification
  • Experience developing cocktail menus
  • Knowledge of wine and craft beer pairings
  • Experience in upscale or high-end hospitality settings
