Ezra Enterprise is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Base Camp Manager to support operations at our construction project site.
Responsibilities or duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of base camp operations, including catering services, housekeeping, accommodation logistics, inventory control, and staff welfare.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
Experience needed
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in camp management, mining/construction site camps, or hotel/lodge operations
Strong experience in inventory management and cost control
Proven leadership and team supervision skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote project setting
