About the Bookkeeper Role
As a Bookkeeper at Hatrus Earthworks Limited, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company’s financial integrity by managing daily accounting tasks and supporting the finance team. This full-time position requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities for Bookkeeper Jobs in Lusaka
- Record and process daily financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and various accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date financial records.

- Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
