Bottom Seal General Bag Maker Operator (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor bottom seal bag-making machines to ensure efficient
• production.
• Produce bags according to specified dimensions, sealing standards, and quality
• requirements.
• Conduct routine machine adjustments to maintain optimal performance and minimize
• downtime.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Record production output, material usage, and machine performance.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Report machine faults, production issues, and quality concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating bottom seal general bag-making machines in a plastic
• packaging manufacturing environment.
• Sound knowledge of plastic bag manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Ability to interpret production specifications and meet production targets.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
