Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s brand objectives.
• Analyse market trends, pricing, and consumer insights to drive business growth.
• Support advertising, media, PR, new product development, and packaging initiatives.
• Build and maintain strategic external partnerships.
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance.
• Travel across Zambia to understand market dynamics and support execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a Zambian National.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Zambian market.
• Proven experience in stakeholder relationship management.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
