About the Role

Ukani Construction and Engineering Limited is recruiting a skilled Builder/Mason to carry out bricklaying, blockwork and masonry on our construction sites. You will play a key role in the physical construction of walls, foundations, and structures across our project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lay bricks, blocks, and stone to construct walls, partitions, and foundations
• Mix and apply mortar and other bonding materials accurately
• Read and work from architectural drawings and site plans
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
• Work safely and efficiently alongside other tradespeople on site
• Report progress and any site issues to the site supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of bricklaying or masonry experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good understanding of building materials and techniques
• Physical fitness and ability to work on active construction sites
• Strong work ethic and reliability
