Role Summary:

We are looking for a driven and analytical Business Finance Trainee to support business growth, client acquisition, and financial operations, with a strong focus on engaging SMEs to drive business and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business by actively identifying, engaging, and onboarding SME clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and portfolio growth
• Support loan origination processes including client assessment, documentation, and credit analysis
• Conduct market outreach activities (presentations and networking) to expand market presence
• Analyze client performance, market trends, and product uptake to provide actionable insights
• Monitor loan portfolios, ensuring timely repayments and proactive follow-ups
• Ensure all transactions and processes comply with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Support risk management through proper client evaluation, documentation, and adherence to controls
• Contribute to sales performance targets and overall business profitability

Requirements:
