OVERALL PURPOSE
The core job is to provide Business Intelligence (using past and current data) and Business Analytics (using past & current data to extract insight) for making better decisions for ZAMTEL.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
• Professional Registration:
• None

Minimum Experience :
• 3 years working in a similar field

Key Skills:
• Analytical and reporting Retention and churn management Skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
