JOB DETAILS:
CAMCO is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced and motivated individuals for the following positions:
Requirements
- Location: Lusaka
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Public Relations or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Strong customer service, leadership and business management abilities.
COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS
- All applicants must be registered and active members of their respective professional bodies.
- Only qualifications validated by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) will be considered.
- Applicants should be able to work independently or under minimum supervision, as required by their roles.
The Business Management Centre Supervisor role is focused on supporting the effective management of the centre and delivering strong customer service. The supervisor is expected to apply leadership and business management abilities in the workplace, and to work independently or with minimum supervision as required. Applicants should bring relevant experience and a qualification in one of the specified fields or a related field. Professional registration and active membership, together with ZAQA validation of qualifications, are compulsory requirements for applicants.
