JOB DETAILS:
• We are looking for a supervisor to manage a string of businesses in the same location. The businesses comprise a Bar, Butchery, gift shop and car wash. These businesses have been running for a couple of years and we now seek a business-oriented person to support with the day-to-day operations of these businesses.

The responsibilities involve
1. Daily stock take for all 3 shops
2. Daily sales reconciliation for all three shops
3. Record keeping for goods received, expenses, stock etc
4. Reconciliation of business assets
5. Growth of business – ensuring profitability of all three businesses
6. Improving customer experience
7. Price benchmarking
8. Attracting new customers and business opportunities
9. Managing social media pages
10. Sourcing for business for events
11. Over seeing all staff in all the shops

Suitable candidate should be able to
1. Use a computer efficiently i.e excel, word, email and social media
2. Have a diploma in business management
3. Have a valid driver’s license
4. Have at least 3 years’ experience working in a busy business environment

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
