• Support the day-to-day operations of a PG Meats outlet.
• Drive sales growth through excellent customer service, promotions, product knowledge, and community engagement.
• Build strong customer relationships and create an excellent shopping experience.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, available, and presented according to PG Meats standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and shop presentation at all times.
• Support stock control, stock rotation, cash controls, sales reporting, and reduction of product losses.
• Work closely with Production, Sales, Dispatch, and Finance teams to ensure product availability and smooth outlet operations.
• Learn to lead outlet teams, improve performance, and manage a successful and profitable retail business.
