About the CCTV Installer Role

As a CCTV Installer at Sbeity Computer Limited, you will be responsible for deploying and servicing advanced security systems including cameras, DVRs, and NVRs. Your expertise will support our clients by ensuring reliable surveillance solutions that meet their safety and monitoring needs.

Key Responsibilities for CCTV Installer Jobs in Lusaka

• Install and configure CCTV cameras, digital video recorders (DVRs), network video recorders (NVRs), and associated security hardware.
• Conduct thorough site surveys to assess security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform routine system testing, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot faults in CCTV and network systems to minimize downtime.
• Install and terminate network and power cabling in compliance with safety standards.
• Provide user training and ongoing technical support to clients for system operation and troubleshooting.
• Prepare detailed installation reports and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Adhere strictly to company health and safety policies during all installation and maintenance activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of practical experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with IP cameras, networking fundamentals, access control systems, and alarm systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
