JOB DETAILS:
This position reports to a Team Lead
Part Time Call Centre Agents are required to meet agreed SLA’s by assisting and retaining customers.
Skills Requirement:
1. Must have completed Grade 12.
2. Must be multi linguistic Luvale, Lunda, Kaonde, Nyanja, Tumbuka, Bemba, Tonga and Lozi will be an added advantage.
3. Excellent Communication Skills.
4. Ability to articulate product/ service benefits effectively.
5. Persuasiveness
6. Adapting to changing sales strategies and market conditions.
7. Work hours: 16:00 hrs to 21:00hrs
