Thebe is seeking a qualified contractor with proven experience in constructing residential houses and executing relevant civil works.

Requirements 

-Valid NCC Registration

-minimum grade 4

-Valid TCC

-A comprehensive company profile

-Minimum 5 years proven construction experience

-Demonstrated ability to handle 5 or more housing units simultaneously

-Proven capacity to undertake double storey construction works

-Adequate skilled workforce and qualified site supervision team

-Access to necessary construction equipment tools

-Full compliance with relevant regulatory bodies
