Responsibilities or duties
Conduct outbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Present PlantCatalyst products clearly and professionally to potential clients.
Identify interested customers and coordinate follow-up meetings with the sales team.
Accurately record call details, customer information, and next steps using HubSpot.
Achieve call targets and submit regular activity reports.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related disciplines.
Fluency in Bemba and Nyanja languages.
Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
Strong computer proficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to build rapport and work effectively towards targets.
Experience needed
Previous experience in customer service or telesales is advantageous.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
