Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive, and effective lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
• Prepare comprehensive schemes of work, lesson plans, assessments, and targeted learning materials.
• Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes and unlocking their full potential.
• Track individual student progress diligently and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
• Encourage critical thinking, independent learning, and academic confidence in the classroom.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Professional Registration: Must have a valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) registration and a current practicing license.
• Experience: Prior experience teaching Cambridge International IGCSE curricula is a strong advantage.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of subject content and IGCSE assessment requirements, alongside excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
• References: Must provide traceable professional references.
• Attributes: A genuine passion for learning, teaching, and student development.
