Lechwe Education Trust is an independent, co-education, and multi-racial school offering an international curriculum. The School has the following vacancies for September 2025:

CAREER GUIDANCE TEACHER

The job holder will facilitate career-related learning opportunities for the learners. The teacher will guide students in understanding themselves, exploring career options, setting goals and developing the skills needed to succeedin further education and the world of work. Lastly, the teacher will offer counseling to the learners.

Academic and Professional Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or equivalent.
• Three years’ experience dealing with students.
• Excellent communication skills, problem solving and negotiation skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Counselling and Guidance for the learners.
• Teaching subjects like Geography, History, English Language an added advantage.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
