Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate. (CERTIFIED COPY)
• NRC (CERTIFIED COPY)
• Relevant qualifications or experience for the position applied for.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Accurately process guest payments using cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile money via the POS system.
• Provide correct change and receipts to customers in a timely manner.
• Count and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring accuracy.
• Answer questions about menu prices, promotions, and billing, and resolve any payment-related issues.
• Keep the counter area clean, organized, and well-stocked with bags, napkins, and receipts.
• Suggest combo deals, promotions, and premium items to increase sales.
• Communicate with waitstaff and bartenders to ensure accurate billing and smooth service.
• Follow all cash handling, fraud prevention, and data privacy procedures.
