JOB DETAILS:
Location: Chipata
Position: Cashier
Herocean Enterprise Zambia Limited wishes to invite applications to fill in the above position urgently.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Issuing of receipts
• Processing of return transactions
• Giving cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of a work shift.
• Balancing cash on a daily basis.
• Resolving customer’s queries, problems and any other issues that may arise.
• Contribute to team effort by completing the assigned tasks.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Maintain check out operations by following policies and procedures as well as report any needed changes.
• Perform any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

Education/Qualifications:
• Full grade 12 certificate
• Good in excel and knowledge of ERP system
• Diploma or equivalent in business administration, banking and finance, accounts.
• 1 year experience is an added advantage.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Associate Degree
