Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and deliver excellent customer service. Anticipate guest needs and resolve complaints quickly. Communicate clearly with guests, colleagues, and other departments. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper grooming standards. Handle payments, reservations, and equipment correctly. Work as a team player and support colleagues during peak times. Stay flexible, multitask, and adapt to changing situations. Protect guest privacy and represent the brand positively. Upsell services and help control costs and waste.
