Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage distributor and dealer channels in the assigned region;
Implement sales strategies and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets;
Support partners in local marketing activities and ensure effective market penetration;
Collect market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback, to refine sales strategy;
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility;
Provide after-sales support, training, and regular communication with channel partners to strengthen cooperation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business, Electrical Engineering, Energy, or a related field;
Proven sales experience in solar, energy storage, or related industries (e.g., power systems, batteries, renewable energy);
Alternatively, 3+ years of B2B or channel sales experience in other industries with strong distributor development skills;
Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to independently develop and manage business partners;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); able to analyze sales data and generate reports;
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to travel locally or regionally when required.

Strategic thinking and sales execution capability;
Professional communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills;
