Chef (General/Culinary Team Member)

Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes according to the resort's standardized recipes.

Ensuring all food items are fresh, properly stored, and labeled with correct dates.

Maintaining consistency in portion sizes, taste, and plating presentation.

Monitoring food stock levels within the assigned station and communicating low-stock items to the supervisor.

Adhering to all HACCP and food safety protocols, including temperature logging and sanitation practices.

Minimizing food waste by utilizing ingredients efficiently and rotating stock using FIFO (First-In-First-Out).

Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service during busy meal periods.

Keeping the workstation, utensils, and cooking equipment clean and sanitized at all times.

Assisting with the setup and breakdown of buffet displays or special event stations.

Staying updated on menu changes and daily specials to answer guest queries (if interacting at live stations).
