Job Summary
The Chef/Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals while ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to approved recipes.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
Minimum Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is preferred.

- Food preparation.

- Food safety knowledge.

- Teamwork.
