• As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth and success. We are seeking a visionary leader with a proven track record in developing and executing commercial strategies that boost revenue, enhance market positioning, and contribute to overall business objectives.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a forward-thinking commercial strategy aligned with our company’s mission and objectives. Set clear revenue targets and KPIs.
Sales and Business Development: Lead and manage our high-performing sales team, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate strong client relationships.
Marketing and Branding: Oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring our brand resonates with our target audience. Develop data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Product and Service Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our product and service offerings meet customer needs and remain competitive.
Financial Management: Prepare and manage the commercial department’s budget and provide financial analysis and reporting to the executive team and board of directors.
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and motivate our commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Proven experience in senior commercial leadership roles within a similar industry.
Demonstrated success in revenue generation, market expansion, and team leadership.
Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
