Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations
• Lead and support Branch Managers
• Drive sales, profitability and KPI performance
• Ensure operational excellence and policy compliance
• Monitor customer experience and service quality
• Conduct branch audits and inspections
• Improve efficiency and business performance

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations or Multi-Branch Management
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong understanding of sales, KPIs, budgeting and business performance
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in the beauty, retail or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
