Our client in Lusaka is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer to fill a job vacancy in the Trucking and Logistics Industry.

Qualifications:
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in strategic planning, business development, or a similar leadership role, with significant experience at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
• Develop and lead the company’s strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
2. Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions that align with the company’s vision.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with department heads to develop actionable plans based on strategic objectives.
4. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and business performance.
