JOB DETAILS:

Background information about the job or company:

Hands-on experience: Proven experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally in a Chinese restaurant, is highly beneficial.

Culinary skills: Proficiency in fundamental techniques is key, including:

• Wok cooking
• Knife skills
• Understanding ingredient pairings

Knowledge of Chinese cuisine: A deep understanding of traditional and modern Chinese dishes, their history, and seasonal variations is important. Especially an understanding in Chinese Noodles

Specialty equipment: Familiarity with Chinese specialty equipment, such as BBQ setups, is a plus.
