Responsibilities or duties

• On-site Interpretation: Facilitate communication between Chinese technical team and local staff; assist in mining operations, equipment briefing, safety instructions
• Document Translation: Translate contracts, reports, technical documents, mining terms between Chinese and English
• Business Coordination: Liaise with government, community, suppliers, and partners
• Cross-cultural Support: Ensure smooth collaboration between Chinese and Zambian teams

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Nationality: Zambian National
• Language: Fluent in Chinese (HSK 4+) and English (Native), proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Skills: Strong communication, quick response, responsible, able to adapt to mining site life and residential work
• Others: No criminal record, good health, long-term stable commitment

Experience needed

• Mining/engineering/on-site translation experience preferred; fresh graduates with excellent Chinese are welcome

• Monthly Salary: 18,000–25,000 ZMK (Net) (based on competence)
