Background

Winco Industries is a Chinese manufacturing company currently establishing a new factory in Masaiti District near the Kafulafuta Toll Gate. As we expand our operations in Zambia, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced to support both the construction phase and the long-term manufacturing operations of the factory.

Key Responsibilities

Provide verbal interpretation during meetings, site visits, and business engagements.

Assist with communication between Chinese management, staff, clients, and partners.

Proofread and edit translated materials for accuracy and clarity.

Support administrative and operational teams with language-related tasks.

maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Qualifications & Requirements

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English

Diploma or Degree in Translation, Chinese Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.

Strong understanding of cultural and business communication.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
