JOB DETAILS:

- Job Summary:
- Supervise and manage construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, labourers, and equipment
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare accurate project expenses and control costs to ensure the project remains within budget constraints
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies on site

- TENDER MANAGEMENT:
- Able to prepare and Submit Tenders
- Quantification of Bill of Quantities
- Carry out cost Analysis
- Compilation of Tender documents

- REPORT WRITING:
- Modelling of reports for presentation to clients and Management

- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction supervision
- Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia
- Proven record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Proficient in CAD Software and the MS Office suite, MS Project, and other project management software
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Be physically fit
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
