Background

Mega-King Advertising is looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Service Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of brands across digital marketing, influencer management, and advertising campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, coordinating projects, and ensuring marketing campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.

You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring all deliverables are executed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients
  • Manage client communication via email, phone, and WhatsApp
  • Ensure client requests are clearly communicated to internal teams

Project & Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and marketing activities
  • Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Follow up with designers, content creators, and social media managers on deliverables

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare campaign reports and client updates
  • Assist with preparing proposals and presentations for clients
  • Maintain organized records of campaigns, briefs, and communication

Client Experience

  • Ensure clients receive excellent service and timely responses
  • Help manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships
  • Support the account management team in delivering high-quality campaigns

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in marketing, advertising, client service, or administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
