CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
(Lead Psychologist)
We are seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist to lead our Psychology Team, deliver high-quality psychological services, and contribute to our holistic rehabilitation programme.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Psychology Team and ensure effective delivery of psychological services.
- Supervise and mentor Psychology Interns and junior staff.
- Run structured Psychosocial Group Therapy Sessions.
- Ensure each client receives regular weekly Therapy sessions.
- Conduct psychological assessments, formulations, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with the MDT to deliver holistic, client-centred care.
- Ensure high standards of clinical documentation, audit, and reporting.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with HPCZ guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Qualified Clinical Psychologist with a background in an addiction/rehabilitation centre.
- Registered or eligible for registration with HPCZ.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience.

CONTRACT DETAILS
- Contract Type: One-Year Fixed-Term Contract.
- Working Arrangement: Part-Time (3 Days/Week).
- Reports To: Clinical Team Lead / Director.
- Location: Lusaka, Zambia.
