JOB DETAILS:

The Zambia Red Cross Society is expanding its operations across the country and is seeking to recruit 130 individuals to support its newly launched field programmes across all provinces of Zambia.

Responsibilities or duties

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Engaging and mobilising youth and women in communities.
• Coordinating research activities and community events.
• Assisting with field visits and programme implementation.
• Performing data entry and record management tasks.
• Promoting Zambia Red Cross innovation initiatives.
• Collecting and reporting basic participation data.

Qualifications or requirements

• Aged between 20 and 40 years.
• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or higher qualification in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in community-based and multicultural environments.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
