Community Manager

Role Summary

The Community Manager will build, engage, and grow TikulaTech's community by fostering meaningful relationships with members, partners, innovators, and stakeholders across both online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
  • Manage online communities across social media, forums, and communication platforms.
  • Organize networking sessions, community meetups, and engagement activities.
  • Build relationships with startups, developers, students, and innovation hubs.
  • Respond to community inquiries and provide timely support.
  • Collect community feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and prepare performance reports.
  • Support partnership and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Community Development, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in community engagement or stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong event coordination and networking abilities.
