We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Performance Supervisor with a strong background in payroll and performance management. The ideal candidate will have worked in a manufacturing company with over 500 employees, have handson experience using payroll systems, and have successfully implemented performance management programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on compensation and performance management
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry with 500+ employees preferred
  • Proficiency in payroll system operation and salary calculation review
  • Experience in implementing performance appraisal schemes
  • Strong data analysis, communication, and coordination skills
  • Review payroll calculations for accuracy
  • Follow up on salary adjustments, including quarterly promotion-based adjustments for production staff
  • Collect and review monthly performance appraisal data from all departments to ensure fairness and accuracy
  • Supervise the implementation of the performance appraisal process and ensure all stages are completed on time
  • Assist in developing and improving performance management policies and KPIs
  • Organize and conduct performance management training to enhance managers' and employees' understanding and application of the system
  • Compile and analyze performance results to support decisions on salary adjustments, promotions, and talent development
  • Maintain and manage relationships with the Social Security Bureau and other relevant authorities
  • Assist in external salary surveys
  • Support annual manpower cost budgeting and other compensation/performance-related projects
  • Proficiency in payroll system operation and salary calculation review
  • Strong data analysis, communication, and coordination skills
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
