JOB DETAILS:

Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings as applicable
• Serve as a liaison between construction and commissioning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation as required / directed.
• Proactively manage the completion of all piping and electrical punch list activities and before transfer to the transitions and commissioning team.
• Have the ability to interface with construction activities, taking over partially completed areas and bringing them to completion.
• Work on staggered rosters
• Liaise with offsite department leads
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the management and project team
• Produce and manage punch lists and bring them to a close
• Implement plant design changes as and when required
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the manager.
• Ensure all construction tasks are performed safely

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years previous experience in this type of work
• Strong piping / mechanical background is a plus
• Be proficient in the reading and understanding of design drawings, especially P&ID’s.

Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years’ working experience in a project environment
• MS Office experience
• Able to read and interpret multi-disciplined engineering drawings
• Resolving field interface issues
• Managing / driving communication between various stakeholders successfully.
• Knowledgeable in the construction means and methods
• Experienced in building positive teams setting team
