Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct daily toolbox talks.
• Allocate resources and manage labor, tools, and materials efficiently.
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with project managers.
• Maintain accurate daily work logs and progress reports.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting completed work against specifications.
• Train workers on safe equipment use and construction techniques.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate in Construction, Building Technology, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of construction experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Zambian construction standards and safety regulations.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours in demanding conditions.
