Pact Zambia, working with five other NGO partners, is implementing the Zambia Integrated HIV and Health activity. Zambia Integrated Health is a five-year (2023-2028), USAID-funded mechanism with the goal of improving Zambians’ health outcomes through equitable access to high-quality health services in the areas of client-centered HIV, Tuberculosis, maternal, newborn, and Child Health, Family Planning, and Reproductive Health Integrated Health will reduce mortality, morbidity, and HIV transmission for sub-populations in Northwestern, Copperbelt, and Central Provinces.
The purpose of this RFP is to engage a consultant to spearhead advocacy efforts aimed at redefining the legal and/or policy framework to enable younger adolescents to independently access healthcare services, particularly for HIV prevention, care, treatment, and sexual and reproductive health (SRH) needs. This includes advocating for the redefinition of the legal framework to include “age of access” to integrated HIV and SRH services and obtaining stakeholder buy-in to lower the age threshold.
