JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Content Creator to produce engaging video and digital content that connects with our audience.

This is a video-first role focused on:

• Reels
• TikTok-style content
• Short-form storytelling

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality video content for: Instagram Reels; TikTok-style formats; YouTube Shorts
• Develop creative concepts and scripts
• Film and edit content
• Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns
• Stay on top of trends and viral formats
• Feature in or direct on-camera content

Qualifications:

• 2–4+ years’ experience in content creation
• Strong video shooting and editing skills
• Creative storytelling ability
• Comfortable being on camera (or directing talent)
• Deep understanding of social media trends

AI-Powered Content Creation (Required)

• Proficiency in AI tools for video and content production, including: CapCut (AI editing features, auto captions, effects); Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar); ChatGPT / Claude for scripting and storytelling; Canva for quick visual content
• Familiarity with AI voiceovers, captions and content enhancement tools
• Ability to identify and use emerging AI tools for viral content creation

Candidates should be comfortable using AI to ideate, script, edit and optimize content. We are a technology-driven company and expect candidates to actively leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, creativity and decision-making.
