Job Summary:
The Contract Manager will oversee contract administration, ensuring that projects meet legal, financial, and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review project contracts and subcontracts.
- Ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
- Liaise with legal and procurement departments.
- Negotiate terms and resolve contract disputes.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC and local contract laws.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
