1. Contract Manager
Qualifications:
BSc. Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years on-site experience in managing Construction Projects
Must be registered with relevant body and must have a valid practicing license.
2. Site Agent/Site Engineer

Qualifications:
BSc. Civil Engineering with a minimum of 7 years on-site experience.
Must be registered with relevant body and must have a valid practicing license.
3. General Foreman

Qualifications:
Must be a holder of a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related Construction field with more than 7 years on-site experience in building and Road works.
Must be registered with relevant body.
4. Electrical Foreman

Qualifications:
Must be a holder of a Diploma in Electrical Engineering field with more than 7 years on-site experience in wiring new construction sites, experience of having worked on a filling station site will be an advantage
Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Must be registered with relevant body and must have a relevant practicing license.

5. Mechanical Foreman
Qualifications:
Must be a holder of a Diploma in a Mechanical Engineering field with more than 7 years on-site experience in construction sites especially filling station construction.
Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Must be registered with relevant body.

(b) Carpenters
(c) Steel fixers
(d) Plumbers
(e) Riggers
(f) Electricians
(g) Tilers
(h) Welders

• ALL the above mentioned must be in possession of a CRAFT certificate or equivalent and should provide references with traceable phone numbers.
