Background

We are seeking to hire suitably qualified and experienced professionals to join our Road Construction Project team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer all construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
  • Monitor contractual compliance, obligations, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Review and manage variations, extensions of time, claims, and compensation events.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contractual correspondence with the client, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate contract records, registers, and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress against contractual milestones and payment terms.
  • Assess contractor payment applications, invoices, and supporting documentation.
  • Identify contractual risks and advise project management on potential claims and liabilities.
  • Support dispute resolution and ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Engineers, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure effective contract administration.
