JOB DETAILS:
Review the Fraud and Risk Reports extracted from Clarity. Investigate and provide monthly findings reports with analysis, recommendations, and controls to put in place and compliance related initiatives.

Responsibilities
1. Conduct risk and compliance assessments.
2. Escalate issues relating to non-compliance.
3. Departmental governance frameworks
4. Effectively promote and practice good Corporate Governance Maintain Ethics case register
5. Implement an aligned Risk Management process across in line with the organisational goals.
6. Controls and Business Partnering:
7. Compliance
8. Training and upskilling on control and compliance issues
9. Coordinate Regional input for MCZ reporting including.
10. Act as key contact with VE Fraud team.
11. Perform independent investigations where required.
12. Assist in defining control improvements as a result of root causes identified in fraud investigations.
13. Coordinate fraud reporting for MCZ

Qualifications
Relevant Degree in finance or Equivalent of CIMA/ACCA/ZICA

Experience
1. 5+ years in general business
2. 3+ experience In internal audit or Risk and compliance or as an auditor
3. Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures
4. High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
5. Sound independent judgement & High integrity
